Tourist and Business Visas may be applied for travel to the Kingdom of
Cambodia at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to JAPAN at the VISA SECTION in TOKYO.
JAPANESE NATIONALS:
Each applicant must fully complete one visa application form and submit it
together with:
① ONE recent photograph (35cm X 45cm)with white background and without glasses.
② Passport must valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Cambodia.
③ Only cash is accepted for the applicable visa fee. The visa application fee is nonrefundable.The visa application fee is:

※ Length of Stay : 30 days (one month).
NON JAPANESE NATIONALS:
Each applicant must fully complete one visa application form and submit it
together with:
① ONE recent photograph (35cm X 45cm)with white background and without glasses.
② Passport must valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Cambodia.
③ ONE photocopy of the Alien ID Card (for long-term and permanance resident)
④ Only cash is accepted for the applicable visa fee. The visa application fee is nonrefundable. The visa application fee is:

NOTE:
Passport holders from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka,
Sudan, Algeria, Saudi-Arabia, Iraq, Iran must additionally supply:
① A copy of your round trip air ticket issued by a Travel Agent.
② A support letter or reference letter from the office/organization
where they work in Cambodia or a guarantee letter from travel agency in Cambodia.
③ A Guarantee letter from school or company.
④ One copy of Alien ID Card and Passport copy.
DIPLOMATIC and OFFICAL PASSPORT(or NGO):
Each applicant must fully complete as follow:
① Two visa application forms (One Original and One copy)
② ONE recent photograph (35cm X 45cm)with white background and without glasses.
③ Passport must valid for at least six months after the date of entry into
Cambodia.
④ Verbal Note (One Original and One copy)
CHILD UNDER 12 YEARS OLD:
Each applicant must fully complete as follow:
① Two visa application forms (One Original and One copy)
② ONE recent photograph (35cm X 45cm)with white background and without glasses.
③ Passport (valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry into Cambodia.
④ Two copies of passport and ID Card.
NOTE:
① Make certain your passport does not enclose unnecessary papers inside.
② Fill in the visa application form in the English language.
③ Make sure the enclosed check is for the correct amount?.
④ Bring the yellow receipt when pick up your passport. We don’t
reissue the receipt.
⑤ Check the visa when you receive it. If you notice anything wrong,
please inform us at once, we are not responsible for any error after you
leave the Embassy.
Duration of Visa Collection : Visa will be issued within one day (working day). After submitting visa application form, applicant may pick up visa next day afternoon from 15.00pm to 16.00pm.
